Are there any decent inexpensive scanners?
I was thinking of getting a Wolverine FD14, it\'s JPG only but seems to get good reviews. I plan to do only B&W.
I want to do simple scans good enough for web but plan to send off keepers to a good lab for drum scanning.
I\'m in the same boat -- I\'d like an inexpensive, high quality, multi-format scanner for RAW files.
So far, it seems hard to find anything like that.
Minolta had a multi-format scanner that can still be found, but it is only Win XP (and earlier).
I\'m not overly impressed by the Epson 700 and 750 pro models of flatbed scanners, but those are the cheapest I\'ve found so far.
