First Impressions: T 24-70 VC on 3rd Party Body


So far, I still like the lens and decide to keep it. There may be two issues that I have to deal with or live with:

1. Darker corner at long end, especially at f2.8 and f4.0. Incresing exposure if possible and correct it in LR should be able to improve to some degree. Or simply crop it

2. Not very sharp at 70mm wide open (still usable after sharpenning).

I had EF 24-105 L IS twice in the past, and if you can live with F4.0, you may want to take a second look at EF 24-105.

Again, this is MY first impressions, neither a review nor a serious test. Someone will have the lens soon and hope they can do some good review or test. I may post a few more photos later on if I find something interesting.
