My first D800 adventure

Well we went on a little 4 day weekend getaway to Pigeon Forge. Had a cabin rented and unfortunately the wife would not let me leave to take pictures so i was only able to squeeze off a few from the back deck. Nothing special in terms of composition or subject. But I am amazed at the dynamic range, sharpness and clarity of the images so far. I took a bunch of HDR of sunset which i will not bore anyone with. No filters was used.

These are straight out of the camera not editing, convert to jpg from raw in LR4. Again just snapshots out the back door on the deck. Limited in composition and subject matter).

Nikon 24-120mm at 50mm ISO6400 f4 1/5sec handheld (Step Daughter and Niece: was shooting sunset shots and was to lazy to switch lens\'s. I swung around and took there picture as they were making fun of me taking 50 shots of the sunsetting. I wold say pretty clean for 6400 on a whim).
