Tenn.Jer: Jerry, other than the weight, that 400mm is really great in the imaging department. The f2.8 helps in so many ways, along with changing the screen to a EE-s (5D) and shimming to sync the image planes. Thanks for the comments; that lens is going to be with me for a long time, unlike my \"loaner\" 800mm...

Peter: That 50mm f1.0 is another very unique image-maker; the florals look great on the screen here; beautiful work with that.

Just one from today while waiting for the rain to make it to the woodlands, which are over-dry right now. Everyone out here needs to play nice with the chainsaws and limited burning, or it could get out of hand really fast.
