I have bought a lot of gear with B&H. I still do. On more than one occasion they\'ve dropped the ball though. Dodgy packaging of expensive items, notifications not working, informing me after I \"purchased\" an item it was out of stock etc.
The worst was a security stuff up their site. For about 12 hours a few years back if you logged in you could see the personal information of other customers, as well as in flight orders. I spotted this and raised this on DPReview and others confirmed this was widespread.
Anyways, wish the OP the best and hope B&H get\'s it act together...
