Everybody complaining about going somewhere else....the key point is that he was on a preorder waiting list (several). You can\'t just go anywhere and suddenly be at the front of the waiting list. I think that is part of the reason the OP is trying to resolve this with B&H.

I think folks are looking at this from a big picture perspective. At this point, the matter is about far more than just a pre-order slot. We\'re talking principle and business ethics.
