I can see that you are taking a good advantage of water reflections, and your albino Peregrine exposure is on the money. The Thrasher is a beauty, and its eye is perfection.
Because you are my old friend, and I\'d be happy to see you become even more perfect, here are three suggestions :
(1) Drop the exposure on the ducks by 1/3-1/2 stop.
(2) Raise the Pergerine above the frame midline.
(3) Open up the frame of the Thrasher image, the bird feels a bit boxed in now.
