This kind of low pricing on a 1Ds II is killing me. Though I\'ve said many times over in these forums that I\'d never part with my 1Ds II, I\'ve been seriously thinking of getting the new 1Dx and selling it ... but, boy, would I hate to have to compete with a price like this! $1,600 is like stealing one of these babies. I\'m absolutely amazed no one has grabbed it.
The new D1x has features and a frame rate that I appreciate and will make use of, but I strongly doubt its IQ will be any better (nor any worse) than the 1Ds II, one of the great cameras of all time from ANY manufacturer. In fact, on second thought, maybe I\'ll just keep mine.
