Item 1: Canon 7D w/ Grip & 3 extra Canon Batteries
This 7D has been lightly used by me and is in excellent condition. It has 1618 actuations based on gphoto2.
Includes everything that came with it from the factory. Box, manuals, charger, cables, most of the little plastic baggies, etc. Strap is brand new (never used).
Also including a Canon BG-E7 grip, also in excellent condition.
Also including 3 extra batteries (total of 4). They're Canon original batteries... none of the OEM crap.
Also including (or I can remove it if you want, your call) a Perfect 3X loupe/viewfinder. I used this when I shot video with the camera. The mounting frame is also an excellent screen protector and is mounted to the camera with high-strength adhesive. It's easily pulled off with a hair dryer tho, so if you don't want it I'd be happy to pull it off. It's a great addition for video OR just viewing your photos outdoors on a sunny day.
I'm the original owner of this camera... it was purchased new from Adorama (2/25/11) and I can provide the receipt if necessary.

Excellent condition, no lens scratches. Includes caps and the (extra cost) original Canon hood. Also includes box (no paperwork) with the UPC cut out.

Item 7: Sigma 24mm f/1.8 EX DG (Canon Mount)
Purchased new. It'll come with the caps, case, hood, box and all paperwork.
It has a flaw in the coating around the very edge of the front element. There is absolutely NO effect on the picture from this, but it's there so I'm mentioning it. I've discounted the lens a bit, but since there's no visual impact I'm not going to give this away. Other than that, the lens appears as new.
