Decent? Seriously? Do you think Canon\'s $6,800 flagship 1DX could do better?

Nikon really upped the ante. The bar is set so high I think it may take Canon several years to catch up.

For the price of a \"decent\" 1DX you can pick up a phenomenal D800 + an incredible 14-24 + an excellent 24-70 with maybe some change in your pocket.

Congrats Nikon ... you did it! I am really impressed.

Geez, I looked at the original sized images, took me awhile to download a 17mb jpeg. Looked pretty decent at 100% though.
