Thank you for the IKEA show, it takes a brave man to snatch those images a Sunday!

A question, I see no aperture irng on that Zeiss Contarex lens. Out of curiosity, are you shooting everything wide open or is there a way to control all those blades?

i\'ve always been curious about contarex lenses, particularly the 85/2, 35/2, and the 50 you have, though i tend to only see collector prices. how precise is aperture control on the adapter?

The lack of an aperture ring is probobly why CTX lenses haven\'t been very popular as alts. The Kipon adapter has an aperture ring, and I belive MFT and NEX are the only digital bodies that can use these lenses. The f-stops \"clicks\" in to postition, but you can actually set the aperture between f-stops if you like. It\'s a very high quality adapter.

On a side note, my only other CTX lens, the 115 tessar, has its own aperture ring. I don\'t know about other CTX lenses.
