i was able to shoot some high school hockey this weekend to test out my newly acquired D700 with 200 f/2.0. coming from 1d3 w/ 200 f/1.8.

two thoughts. I really like Nikon and I really miss Canon.

the nikon 200 2.0 takes an extender very well. some shots below i used the 1.7x.

still learning now to get the most out of the D700. and i am not the best at shooting hockey. i am really enjoying the challenge to learn.
