Updated and FS again. I upgraded to a Macbook Air and this one is for sale again. It was recently sent to Apple care to take care of a hinge/spine problem. It has been fixed and in the process they replaced the entire top lid and display. So the minor scratch I had on the old lid is no longer there. No marks or scratches as far as I can tell. They also replaced the logic board (motherboard?) because they said the wifi wasn't working properly. I have upgraded it to 4gb of ram. The battery is at 92-94% and lasts about 3hours.

I'm selling a Macbook Unibody 2008 version with the box and recovery DVDs and pretty much everything that came with it minus the black cloth. It's in very good condition with no dents, the usual markings on the bottom and small paint mark on the lid.
The specs are as follows:

2.0ghz Core 2 Duo
Ram upgraded to 4gb
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB
160gb hd with a fresh OSX Leopard preinstalled
I can load Office 2011 and Lion but I won't include these DVDs.
