Its an amazing lens for landscape. Considering the low cost I find the build quality fine. Only thing to note is that the distance scale is not to scale. Shooting landscape using hyper-focal is a no brainer - f/16 places a total “in focus” distance of 1’3” to infinity! However, my rule of thumb is to set on 7\', which gives 1\'8\" to infinity.

Trying to shoot close ups requires LV. PT lens does an extraordinary job of correcting the mustache distortion - but then for most landscapes and cityscapes no correction is needed. The two shots below are uncorrected. I have a samples, test-shots taken at various f/stops and a PT lens correction example here.
