Philber you are perfectly right. I follow also the blog of Diglloyd. He is using the 28 summicron now. I cannot conlude anything yet, but the sample images shown seem to have some colorshift. He also reported in the last couple of days that from 28 mm and wider there are colorshifts.

From my experiende the \"symmetrical\" design is not the whole story. For instance the ZM Biogon 25 performs good on the Nex 5n and the ZM M Biogon 21 not.
The Leica 18, 21 and 24 (super) Elmars are to my knowledge not symmetrical designs and they also have colorshift issues on the Nex 7

We just keep investigating.
