Just when I was ready to order my dream wildlife lens the expensive, heavy monster 400/2.8 vr,I bumped in to the new Sony Binocular DEV_5. It isn\'t quite here yet, but the pecs are impressive and it would deliver every thing I need and way more than the 400/2.8 and my D3+D7k can . And at a small fraction of the cost and weight/size.

lplease note that it can give 7MP still images in addition to all other advantages.
