This hasn\'t happened to me yet. I have been with paypal for at least 5 years now. Just finished some large transactions last few weeks and have been able to transfer money in/out of my account right away.
BUT ONCE PAYPAL DOES THIS TO ME, I WILL BE DONE WITH PAYPAL.
