paypal knows exactly how much goes thru that way. Its a calculated cost. People are creatures of habit...and the more often they use PP the more likely they are to continue. With the advent of all the other online pay options, they are simply creating a payment habit. They could stop it with a keystroke if they were actually being harmed in any way. They are way smarter than that.
