Actually Pepper is a young, playful and rather dim-witted cat. She chases absolutely anything moving. To get this shot I tempted her with a plastic drinking straw. I tapped it inside the "mousehole" and she lunged. Most of the time she just jammed her paw into the "mousehole" messing up the whole setup. Then she got frustrated and just sat there hoping the "prey" would re-appear.
I was thinking about starting up in WA's this week, and then I saw this. It's just a beautifully executed shot. I need to go back to brainstorming or wait till next week.
I like it.
