a suggestion ? I have the focal lengths that I am most interested in covered with ZM or Voigt on my Nex 7. I was thinking of adding one AF lens, prefer the 20mm to 85mm range.

Sebboth, i always like your photography, what is that little animal.

thanks joanlvh

Phillip - Nice pics of your hometown.I spent a week in Munich and loved it.how close are you to Munich?
sebboh - i like that shot as well,my guess is maybe a mole??
-Jim

Picked up the Voigt Nokton 35 f1.2 this week vs 1 a few first snaps with. The long MFD is a bit of a disappointment but i think i can work around it.

Andrew, what lenses? Especially like the second one. It looks like Marin, but probably not.

It's taken this morning on the road from Paso Robles to the coast. The landscape shot is taken with the 28 Cron M,
the portrait is from 50 Lux

Not much from me lately. I sorta picked up my 5D again and have been neglecting the NEX

Here are a few from the 5N + 40/1.4. Recent outing to Shasta Trinity area...

thanks, i believe it is a gopher, but i haven't looked into it. i took a rather amusing video of it as well with the nex-7 + 40 cron. focus wasn't always fantastic, as i was using one hand to keep my daughter from trying to pick up the rodent (she also called it was a mole).

^

DONT FEED THE WILDLIFE :P

Pretty sure that's a gopher. Moles have those strange noses and tiny eyes. Interesting that it was not afraid of people... could be part of the plan for domination of humans!

There's a couple of ways to settle this conclusively. Go out there and play Kenny Loggins "I'm Alright." If he pops up out of the hole and starts dancing, it's a gopher. Alternately, if you take a large padded mallet out and he pops up and down out of the hole, daring you to whack him, it's a mole.
