Sorry for two separate consecutive posts, but here's one from the Contax G 28. I don't use this nearly as often as the 45 and 90, and I find you have to be a little more methodical with it to get good results. However, when you do use it properly, there's a clarity to the image even wide-open that's pretty exceptional. And the fact that a $600 dollar camera these days can maintain that clarity at ISO800 is still remarkable to me.

briantho - another nice shot with the contarex.
Thanks. I like your latest series, especially the rooster shots and the amazing details on that lock.
I received my APO-Macro-Planar today, and wasted no time mounting it on my 5N. I went out to try to find an interesting subject. Unfortunately, it's cloudy and boring today, but here are the first couple of handheld test shots.
These were shot with the Nex 7 on a tripod with a Nikon 180mm lens. Distance is about 7 miles. Exposure was about 5 seconds. Each image was cropped to about 50% of the original.
The first one was shot using a remote commander to trigger the shutter. My battery were fading fast on the remote commander, and the second was shot using my finger on the camera. Since I was in bulb, my finger was on the camera all the time during the exposure. I learned a lesson - don't even touch the camera during a long exposure...
