Hey guys n' gals!

This is my second ever entry to WA although I am a keen spectator most weeks. I'm still very much a novice so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. :-)

I got a little wet in the name of art today trying to replicate a dark rainy evening on fairly sunny summers day and I think my poor hubby was a tad worried about the safety of his gear.

Wow! That really looks like rain. Seems like the lens got wet though.

Fun. Keep shooting! I like the ring and the angle and the symbolism!

My guess is the photo is taken through the windshield of a car, with the ring on the hood.

Me too. The slanted angle, the conversion, the idea, the execution, all combine to a great pic.

Thanks everyone for all your lovely comments.

I took this pic in the back garden on a black patio chair and sprayed water from a hose pipe to get the rain effect. It was a little windy, hence the few drops on the lens and camera body (sorry Craig!)
