Thanks Kim!
We have three blinds in the backyard....a typical 'doghouse' and a much larger octoganal, both pop ups. Another is a mobile PVC contraption I made. Then there is the screen in porch with shooting ports, and there is another area that is like a patio with camo netting on 3 sides. Throughout the yard are various setups that are basically modular bokeh perches and stands.
I need to emulate the small waterfall Tony Markle posted up on one of the threads. That's a super way for some unique shots.
Up way back on top of the hill are the two hawk towers....and speaking of I need to go feed them. Not that they need me, just me thinking I'm helping, but one of the pair comes daily and since it's nesting season here it might help them a bit. It will be 26F in the a.m. with more snow. A calorie is a calorie.
I used to shoot Nikon FF, sell some nikon lens and get myself with g85 and PL8-18, 12-60 and lumix 300. This is the first time I took the kit for a trip and the result is wonderful, I don't miss my FF Nikon D810 at all, I like this G85 kit so much. I am hooked to have it as my daily and travel kit. I will still use my Nikon for portrait and birding kit. Share some of my trip photos and hope you enjoy them.
