Watch out, many have been disappointed with the entry level netbooks. If you want to edit photos, most of the serious editing software requires a 1024 X 768 video screen which eliminates most 10 inch netbooks. They don't have enough power to edit or to show HD video anyway.
The newer 12 inch models with dual core processors do just fine, except the LCD screens are pretty poor quality (be sure to calibrate them). I replaced the hard drive in my 12 inch Lenovo X200 with a SSD, and its now a very respectable machine for photo editing of my 5D MK II images.
