I use a special set of shelves made of APO wood.

My cat would own that shelf. Hell any one of the three would.

I'm honestly surprised I haven't found cat puke on my tv, or ps3 yet.

Craziness.

I store my stuff in Pelican cases.

For "storage" I don't really "store" anything. But for awhile I needed to carry some stuff around to locations and stuff:

I used to use a Lowepro case, but outgrew that so I went to a chest of drawers. I use cardboard dividers that I got from a local liquor store for the lenses. There is non-skid covering on the bottom of the drawers to prevent scratching, so far it is working well.

They made nice cameras! I added the OM4 to that set and there was an OM10 not in the picture. Never laid hands nor eyes on an OM3.

OM-3 basically an updated OM-1 using the meter system of the OM-4. still fully mechanical shutter so on battery failure you can continue to shoot w/external meter. it was a limited run camera body and pricey too back then. still serves me well on occasion.

Awesome! And that's all I wanted the OM4 for. That averaging spot meter! [well that and the off-the-filme continuous metering!] Very nice design! And with that 80/2.0 or the 90/2.0 not in the photo wow! Really useful and holy smokes those lenses are sweet! Spot sampling through a 28 or a 35 is good too but much wider.

Thanks a nice looking camera. And you store that (and it's brothers) in a Pelican?

So your storage is also your shipping case? Smart!

I don't do a lot of international travel and don't bring a lot of equipment when I do but that sounds like a pretty good set-up.
