Jay, Love the Meadow Lark, I just got back from Florida and had a great time there. Hope to see you up in Skagit again some time. Bruce
Hi Bruce,
Thanks and good to hear from you again. Maybe you can make it when Ant and Conrad come up next weekend.
ML at 1700 is looking mighty fine! Nice work on that one. The eagle in 2 is a long way out there Are those Starlings flying about 3 is a wonderful shot, I like it. I'm always kicking myself for not taking landscapes up there more seriously. Baldie about to take flight is a shot full of tension. Nice set Jay.
Not to worry the geese are still there, I spent a good hour with them on Sunday
Tim
Thanks Tim.
Yeah I was waiting for that baldie to come down and stir those trumpeters up, but he must've had a fish dinner on his mind. That spot in 3 is just a little south of where we were shooting those geese a few weeks back. I usually see one of more RTH in those trees and it looks like a place that would be fun to explore if only it were public land.

Very nice set, Jay. I particularly like the first shot: a nice composition with an atmosphere, and very well processed. They all have beautiful colors and I enjoyed the set very much.

Fabulous Fir Island photos, Jay. I miss that place. If we didn't have that Olympic thing going on, I'd head down there this coming weekend!
Good work as usual!

Thanks Henrik.
The SEO's are pretty much a no show thus far but it should be a fun time when Ant and Conrad are up next weekend. Maybe you can make it down then.

cool series jay. i'm intrigued by #2. looks like a lone bald eagle in the distance on top of that tree. there are also these black spots scattered across the middle of the pic in the tree line. was that birds in flight?

Thanks Hung,
Those are birds, but I couldn't tell what species from that distance.
