Love that shot of El Cap Henry. Nothing like a bit of snow to cool your heels in. You might even have to eschew the sandals on a day like these.

I love the El Cap shot I was a tourist for the first time this summer. We're coming back to California for three weeks September/October 2010 but are doing the southwest are (GC/Bryce/MV etc) so won't get to Yosemite (my wife says, "we've been there, why do you want to go back?)!!

I just returned last week from my first trip to Yosemite, not quite as much snow as you had here, but it was still fantastic.

I really like that third shot of El Cap, it definitely captures the spirit of the place.

Hey Henry,

Very nice nostalic shots in #1 and 2. Then... #3.... wow! That deserves to be in a gallery! That is one of the coolest shots of El Cap I have seen in a while. I must have been with you on that trip, how come I didn't get a shot of El Cap like that?

Looks like some folks should have put the chains on the night before ... now they gotta do it in the slop.

That magnificent last shot ... I'm betting that isn't taken from someplace that is usually "tourist" accessible is it.
