Hey everyone~
A smart lady posted in a recent thread, that this forum is what you make it So I have decided to take over the "Favorite Photo of the Month" thread, because I'd like to see those threads keep going!
I know January was probably a slow time for some here, but step on forward and post your favorite shot from the month! Does not have to be wedding related, just has to be a shot taken by you...
Two Rules Apply :
1) The photo had to be shot in January 2010
2) You can only post one favorite image
Feel free to tell us what about the image you really liked

This is mine. When we drove by the field, this is the shot that I had in my head. I took two frames, got what I wanted, and then went to talk myself out of a ticket for illegally parking in a turnout.
It's one shot from a couples session... waiting to see what the client thinks of it since it's something I intend do do in the future especially with family portraits... got the idea while holding my 7 month old a few days back and thought "I wish I could have a photo of exactly what I'm seeing right now" ... so now I want to try that same concept of "one peeps' experience of the other" in baby sessions, couples sessions... everything

My favorite from January was taken on the rooftop of a home in a small village in the middle of the Sierra Madre mountains of Mexico where "Popi" was raking the coffee beans on the roof (though there were many close seconds).
So I have decided to take over the "Favorite Photo of the Month" thread, because I'd like to see those threads keep going!
