Martinas. The first time I saw that building was from your BW shot from about 3-4 years ago. Ever since, I have seen few others work but I still like your shot the most. Great shot this to time with beautiful color.
Layers & planes from the 135/2 APO-Sonnar ZF.2 on a D810. Taken from a highly active geothermal area called "Eldvörp" ("fire throw" in direct translation) situated in Reykjanes peninsula, Iceland. It's sitting directly on top of the north atlantic ridge where the European tectonic plate meets the North America plate. This area has had multiple volcanic eruptions in the past and probably will have multiple more in the future. We are currently harvesting energy from this area. Eldvörp is a small mountain which is literally smoking, there's hot steam coming from everywhere. And make no mistake, it's full winter here in Iceland and there's no green to be seen anywhere - except close to these geothermal areas.
