Rodluvan, again, simply incredible shots. And thank you for posting them large. They look amazing on my iPad. What processing are you using here? Curves and white balance?

Thanks Young!
I can't go in to detail as they differ according to photo, but generally speaking I edit raw in CNX2, portrait preset and some added stuff, but very light on the curves as they are contrasty enough as is (even wide open). White balance I go by sight.
Export to PS for some additional if it's needed (often it's not) editing and jpg export.

Let me also please say, fantastic shots! Are you focusing per shot, or zone focusing? Such sharpness and great composition tells me is the former

Again, thanks!
With the longer lens and wide apertures I need to focus by shot. I'd say my technique and eye has improved over the last 2 years considerably. You get a feel for it. It's far from a 100% keeper rate, but at least I'm edging towards it.
Even tracking works occasionally
50P
100MP
(last one slightly cropped obviously, for compositional's sake)

I also am impressed by your street portraits. How do you work in focus shift in this kind of situation?
I've a hard time to get sharp portraits at f1.4 with people who sit still.

Thanks.
There is no focus shift at 1.4, only shallow dof. Focus shift is a term too wildly used when people in fact mean "miss-focus" and is introduced (to various degree) once stopped down from max aperture.
The 1.4/85 has practically impeding focus shift around 5.6-2 in a set of very narrow incidents. I wouldn't worry about it, but keep on practicing.
Rödluvan, amazing shots with the 85P. Love this thread.
I have a mixture of ZE/ZF and CY primes. But here is only Z*, not the equivalent forefather CY's I assume? (I have posted shots with the 85P before sry, but now realize the dont belong here, right?)
What a variety of awesome photographs! As usual this thread is a treat for my eyes!
Rödluvan your street photography is just top notch!!! as well as from you Lieutenant!
Luka - awesome greens!!! Lovely place for shooting and for some fresh air!!
Prosep - those are lovely macro shots! They really shine!
Bob - great low light city photography! Mike - a lovely variety of awesome images!
Good job all of you!
Here are just few shots from recent long weekend trip to Utah (most of them 21/2.8 and one with 100MP):
