I love the 50/1.4 ZE Planar's closeup bokeh so much - for flowers, in particular, with its soft watercolor "painted" rendering - I've ordered the 85/1.4 to accompany it. The 50, along with a Trioplan 100/2.8, has become my favorite flower lens.

Well, crap. The box from Japan arrived with the "85/1.4 Planar" today, but the seller put the wrong item in the box. A Contax 35mm camera body greeted me when I opened it. Back it goes; I suppose the person waiting for it has likewise received my lens.
Thanks, Joe! Actually these cows were very scary. I was on a hard to see mountain path in Switzerland, not really knowing where I am or where the path will lead me - and these cows suddenly appeared out of nowhere...
Was in LA for quick trip during Memorial Day weekend .. quick snap of gf at the Urban Lights before heading to airport. Just so happens her name is April and there were "A" in the light posts (not to mention, it was also her birthday)
