A view of Canada's War Memorial, in Ottawa. Originally erected to honour those killed in the First World War, it now serves as a reminder of WWII and the Korean War as well. Every year, national Remembrance Day ceremonies are held beneath this monument.
As an Israeli I can't help but be very touched by this pic as sadly, we have plenty of these. However, the subject is only one part. Lighting fits here very well and composition is spot on. All contributing to create a great pic.
