I did the test three times and got 119, 130 and 101 (on three different computers with three different monitors). I seem to have trouble with the blue/greens. I might have some color blindness I guess
I like to desaturate images abit, specially the skies. Love b&w!
4 in 4 minutes at age almost 40 on a calibrated Macbook Pro.
How this would prove one doesn't need calibration hardware is beyond me. For all I care, the colors in those bars could be completely off but I could still place them in correct order. Then again, most of Bifurcator's posts baffle me
Score of 8, 5 minutes for the test, 48 year old eyes, at work, under florescent lighting on a calibrated laptop. The errors were in the blue/green transition tones (which are the weakness of my monitor, but also of my eyes). Overall, I'm pretty happy with that. Thanks for the link.
wow......at age 54 I thought my eyes were beginning to fail.......but got a....0... that makes an old man happy I think this may be a test of patience also...if you just relax and look it`s not that hard..
haha man i scored a 27...which in fact is my age haha...took me about 3-5 min....i cant really complain too much...i dunno how much is my monitor, and how much is me...the monitor is a 24" acer x243w...that i got open box special for $50....i'll try it again later in a dark room, on a grey background...but i'm pretty happy
I've taken the test a couple of times in the past and never did better than 4 or 5, but on this try I took advice from a member above and took my eyes away from the screen from time to time to let my eyes rest. I also held a white envelope over the segments I wasn't working on to reduce stimulation. I spent about five minutes and scored ZERO. My baby blues are in their 69th year of helping me navigate through this world. My monitor is a 23" Apple Cinema Display.

My friend was just bragging about his score 4 over his GF a professional color correcting proofer who got a score of 8. I've been calibrating monitors by eye since color TVs 1st became available. Yeah, I'm damn old! I also worked in the video industry extensively and with CGI. Anyway I got a score of 0. YAY! \(-.-)/
