Yes there is. The working range of the 60 is less(closer to subject) than the 100. The OOF, bokeh, is less also than the 100 but is it really a limiting factor?? I say no. Better?? That is user subjective IMO.
I can post you some comparisons, butterflies, of each if you desire. Just PM me. Or visit my Pbase acct and look under Butterflies. I believe the EXIF data is intact with each image.
