I won't pile on and scold you for giving prints away without payment, I think you knew that was not a good idea all along.
My advice is to chill on the $300, send her monthly statements and at the end of 90 days send her an email explaining it's your company's policy to place unpaid invoices with a collection agency after 90 days. Then assign her account for collection, let them do the dirty work and if they collect you'll see maybe $150 of it.
The main thing is to put $300 into perspective .. it's a small sum of money and the time and negative energy expended in chasing it down is not worth it.
I would say certified letter/Fed-ex to her home. Mom & Dad will probably be interested enough to wonder what's up and then persuade her to do the right thing/act like an adult.
