All four are good captures, although #2 is the less-compelling one of the bunch. I'd suggest cropping #1 and #3 (same shot, I know) to a "pano" proportion of maybe 1x2. Would strengthen the composition by reducing some of the foreground and a little bit of the sky.
#3 frame is my fav. Thanks for sharing your train photos. Maybe you can help me, I am heading to VA in a few weeks and up to PA, where can I find steam trains? I am open to traveling to other nearby areas. Visiting my son who is a US Marine for a few days. Thanks Dennis in San Diego
