Haha! I'm sorry I put up that shot now Ken. With those conditions its obvious ANYONE can get good IF shots.

Ok sorry Ron I took so long to answer. I posted a whole bunch of samples here https://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/819522 with head shots you can see. To process them I used Photoshop and Noise Ninja Plugin. The AF is so dead on and fast, the only weak link is my ability to twist my torso to track the bird!
