Victoria, BC, Canada. Electrician for DND on ships and submarines...maybe one day photography can be a full time hobby, I never want to think of it as a job.

People under the age of 22 should not be allowed to answer this question, methinks

I worked at Pac Sun for one day until I got a phone call from Ritz Camera saying that they hired me. It was actually pretty good money since I got commission for every camera I sold. Sony actually gave the most amount while Canon barely gave any. Hence, I sold the crap out of Sonys even though I knew in my heart they were all about gimmicks. Oh well.

also in telecom. work for one of the big 3 doing our corporate telecommunications. Meaning anything internal that isnt' backbone infrastructure I get and order and design the path, order loops and oversee the order until it's up and working.
I am a Lab Manager in state gov't, PT shooter for a small paper, but been shooting since 1973. Shooting semi-pro since 1999. I like keeping it part-time as it keeps it fun when I go out.
We had a similar thread like this once... and I can't seem to find it. It was more on what was your job and experience before you became a photographer. All I remember from it... is that Evan Baines completely owned everyone else.
Evan served in the special forces as a Green Beret. He put the hurt on when needed and saved lives as well. If I remember correctly, he also assisted in a birth. Respect.
