Hey guys! I hope you don't mind me lumping the thank yous'. I fell behind. Your thoughts and words of encouragement are always appreciated. I'm happy to be shooting with you all again.

I was also looking for that one. Alas, with no success...
Hey Jesse, Yakim. Please read this.
We have a great bunch of shooters up here no doubt, but wouldn’t you rather hang out here with us? We will push you and shape you to be the best you can. We will encourage and inspire you. I don't see beginners, I see photographers. I have seen many from the beginning here become amazing shooters. All we ask is that you try your best. If either one of you are unsure or get discouraged with a shot or idea, please PM me and I will be more that happy to do what I can to help. I look forward to seeing both of your shots next week.
Mike, it's like racing with Luis Hamilton or Valentino Rossi. Are they nice guys? Of course. Are they inspiring? Absolutely. Do we use the same machines? Yes. Are we trying our best? Every time. Do we want to continue racing with them? Absolutely. Do we get to the podium? Alas, very rarely.
Yes, the beginner's WA is just a joke but I think you can understand where it's coming from.
That goes for me, too! I'm always happy to help out anyone with specific questions. No one should ever get discouraged. Gosh, if we all quit whenever we saw a great photo, the only ones posting here would be Mike, Bev, and Jim Markus.
Best to all,
Endre

Happy shooting,

Yakim that was hilarious ... very interesting analogy ... and a very good one. I think I can reply from the same perspective. If I ever get to practice against fast racers I try to fallow their racing line and stay as close as I can for as long as I can in that practice session. My effort will make me faster and faster. I know that in the end I will win my race
