For years this giant rocking chair sat on top of an old furniture store and was somewhat of a landmark. Twenty-five years ago the owners gave in to urban sprawl and sold the property for a neighborhood plaza to be built but kept the chair as part of the landscaping. Obviously in dire need of a paint job it sits there day in and day out watching the traffic go by.
