COMMENTS:
I bought the flash back in Nov. 2005. Andrew told me the flash came with everything in original package. However, after I got it, the instruction manual was missing. I contacted him right away, he told me he knew it was somewhere and would mail to me as soon as he found it. A few days later, he told me he found it and asked for my mailing address (which he had as I paid him through paypal). Anyway, I sent him my address immediately and waited patiently for a few weeks and no show. I sent him a few more emails and never heard from him again. Now it's end of Jan. 2006, I think I have waited long enough to allow him to get this straightened out and he chose not to. Therefore this feedback. I was tempted to buy his 1D II at the time, and I am glad I did not.

UPDATE - Finally got the manual with the help of our moderater.
Just received the Canon 400mm 5.6 lens from Bob Quinn and it was in excellent condition. It was very well packed, shipped promptly, and Bob kept me advised by email all the way. It was a pleasure dealing with him and he displayed all the attributes of a class A+ person. I would certainly deal with him again!
