I have to leave a nuetral for Bryan his ad says grip is less than a year but has an old serial number. He says grip worked great for him but some how it's not working OK for me camera says batteries not fully charged with fully charged battery. I have asked for my money back no go. Tells me I should send it in to canon for repairs
