I'm with Chris: Outside and Backpacker are our regulars. Wouldn't be surprised if Matt picks up Guns & Ammo soon.

I have subscriptions to Outside, Vogue (the ads - oh my goodness the ads), W, Gulfshore Life, and professional photographer

Does J Crew count?

I've tried Vanity Fair, but only find a handful of photos helpful, Outside's GO magazine has some awesome editorial and lifestyle shots, Bridal magazines can be helpful - but often aren't. I might pick up Teen Vogue for senior photography.

funny that Deb should mention J Crew....

2 of the best "catalogs" that my wife has been getting - [other than victoria's secret] - that both have awesome photography and I love to read:

Vera Bradley & Anthropology

really fun to look at the photography.

Ooh, a "mee too" thread, my favorite... Readers Digest and Nat'l Geographic (subscriber since 1986!). Surprised no one mentioned NG.

I'm toying with looking through a playboy. My thinking is that without clothes the shot must depend on the figure being posed in a flattering way. Could be a good source of posing ideas.

One of my friends has a stack of NG over 10ft high. Needless to say, he's been collecting for a while...

I've *gasp* never heard of Vera Bradley. I had to go to Anthropologie last month to pick up their catalog. I guess I'll be making that trip pretty often since I can't afford to order anything from them.

National Geographic - parents used to get it. I hadn't thought of that. I was getting NG Adventure for a while.

Whatever reason you come up with, we'll know the real reason why

Aside from some of the magazines mentioned above, I also find Wired pretty interesting.
