In this part of the world, all the umbrellas (umbrellae?) are in hibernation until Spring. Still, I managed a glimpse of this rare creature lurking in our family room.

Well, it certainly was the recipient of the bad luck: after this image, it was folded up and stashed back in the basement for another couple of months.
