The title may not be appropriate, the meaning of this composition, I tried to convey the kind of unique character models, and the temperament of her rolling in the flow of blood.
Thank you.
p.2 #3 · The surprising razor(minors should not watch)
The problem is not with your title, its the fact the its a near naked girl. Its appropriate to warn people of this in the title so they know not to click on it.
just add "NSFW" or "nude" to your title and there is no problem

Excellent capture. I love the colors and I am intrigued as to how it was done
Anyways, I respectfully disagree with many here regarding the NSFW tagging, think that whoever surfs the web on work time does so at his or her own risk. I do not think that one is obligated to warn anyone, if so then put it on the rules or provide a way to catch it in website's software.
This is a people photography forum and a clasification of a picture is subjective at best thus not necessarily identifying offensive material 100% of the time.
Regarding those that visit this sites with minors around, time to start visiting disney or the like websites, the web is a dangerous place if you are concerned with affecting your kids.

I like lots of things about this image, but it is a little confusing. If she is supposed to have slashed her neck, the incision isn't immediately apparent-- it almost looks like she's flinging a (truckload) of blood off the blade. I also think it's impossible for that type of razor to inflict a wound that would spurt blood like that, so I would have used a straight razor, which also has much stronger connotations of violence.
Blood wouldn't spurt from a real wound like that, either-- not even if she was in a zero-gravity environment, because it would be spurting in a different direction, and this would show even if she was turning or moving at the same time.

Beautiful work shadowwing. This is some of the best figurative work I have ever seen on this forum.....way beyond most of the work posted.
Hey folks,
The crossed tape is part of what makes it interesting........
You don't have to "get it" conceptually to enjoy the image.........
What makes you think that the blood is spurting?
Instead of over analizing...you should just enjoy the image.......
Boy..I wish I had a job where I could surf the web at work.....

The fact that it's flowing swiftly from an open wound? I'm not over-analyzing. I'm noting that it looks really fake. The fakeness doesn't add to the impact of the image; I think if it looked more real, it would be better.

You're missing the fact that the image is a TOTAL FANTASY.......this is surrealism at it's best......Is the makeup real...Is the costume real
If the blood spurt were real, it would destroy the intent of the image..
Learn to enjoy the image for what it is. Have you seen the others in the series? They are awesome!!!!

I don't share your value judgment. I would certainly never call this "surrealism at its best". To each his own.

If the blood spurt were real, it would represent a criminal act. In any event I don't think that this badly carried-off image comes off as more than pretentious (this is just my honest feeling-- where you decide "You don't have to understand it", I sometimes simply see pretentious artsy-fartsiness, but that is just of course my opinion and I mean no offense to the photographer here). Again, it would have been better if the photo had been done better technically.

If they are a lot like this one, I would probably disagree with you. In any event your attempt to "protect" the OP is both offensive and misguided. I gave honest feedback, and I'm not without taste. I just don't agree with you. Get over it.

TO jvarszegi :
In fact, any person can express their true views and comments I get some knowledge and feedback on this photo, authenticity, and rationality is not what I want to express, if we say that style, it has little sense of post-modernism , but that does not matter.
Supplementary Description: If I am in this photograph, to deliberately pursue the authenticity of the blood spurt and razor is reasonable, I think you will find that she is a suicide, and become even more terrible

Get over it Dude at least I "Get It".
I'm not protecting anyone. Why is disageeing with you "offensive and misguided"?
It's okay for you to disagree with me, but if I disagree with you, it's offensive??
Its sad you can't his appreciate art.................I know his work isn't as good as chili dog or snailchicken...but you could give the poor soul a break

I am sorry, I think we no need for this debate, on the art or photos, not completely right and wrong, Besides, I now also make a new start, a lot of work are trying to nature.

I'll get over it, you have a nice day!!
Yes, get over it. I post a critique, and you attack my critique? Yes, it's misguidedly defensive and yes, it's lame. I didn't mount an attack against you for adoring the photo, did I? Overreact much?

Rest assured, after scanning some of your posts and seeing some of your images I'll be sure to ignore any of your "critiques" in the future.....Have a nice day
