There is no additional work around needed. Just download the software that bobgossen linked to above and install it as directed. Once you unzip it, move the entire file to the new folder. At first I tried to move one of its components, but that did not work. Interestingly, the "x86 Program Files" folder is for Vista 64, and the folder titled "Program Files" is for Vista 32 bit (the opposite of what I would have thought).
I read elsewhere where someone had Vista set up a delay when loading the profile i.e. booting up. I think it's easy to do. I had already used the software above when I found out so I had no need, but that's another option.
