Here's something i always wanted to do - attach an led light to the tip of my bow and play something for the camera. Of course, it took a lot of experimentation to come up with this version since none of the ways I initially thought of top accomplish it worked properly. Eventually, I managed to get it to show the movements that I might make while performing something.
Very interesting idea and I generally like how you have pulled it off. I do have one nit, however, I would love to see a little more room on the top, if you can. As you have taught me, it is best if an element does not draw you out of the frame and some of the movements of the light do that on the right. Still a terrific shot.
Wow Endre, I am in Day two of trying something very similar to this! I did manage to get the glow like this but haven't put it all together. Now I am questioning If I should even post with this great shot! I think I will for the experience, but you sure hit it well. Nice shot here
Thanks so much, Andrew-Bede my friend! As always, I'm glad that you like it. Good guess, but it is actually the Mendelssohn Concerto. An Andante would be too slow to get that much movement in in 25 seconds.

Mozart Violin Concerto No. 2 in D, K. 211: Movement II. Andante by the looks of it methinks!
Thanks for the kind comment and interesting observation, Steve. I'm happy you think it's terrific. As to going outside the frame, in that case i violate my own dictum because I wanted it to catch a whole range of motion. It didn't bother me that the fading light of the LED popped out of the frame since it is a random pattern. My eyes would tend to be more carried out of the frame by the stick of the bow on the left. Anyway, yours is an interesting point and well taken. If I ever shoot it again I might concern myself with that a bit more.
All best wishes,
Endre

Thank you, Steve! Your kind praise for my photos is always gratifying. I'm anxious to see what you come up with in a a similar vein.
Warm regards,
