something I find that works for me when forced to shoot slower shutter speeds than ideal.....
if you set your camera to continuous mode.... either low or high.... when you take a shot.... take a series of three shots, and you should end up with a pretty decent image.... I've got good hand held images @ 1/30 or 1/15 with a 50mm; 1/60 w/ 105; 1/125 w/ 80-200 @ 200mm... when you press the shutter release, you induce a certain amount of camera shake, and by the time the second and third frames are shot.... your initial camera shake is over... keep your elbows in close to your chest, and control your breathing..... try this, and I'll promise you see an improvement in your sharpness....
