Sorry ... your shot was not a good enough starting point to do a Lexus type image ... but, since the speedo was at 80mph, I thought this would be appropriate.
Steps:
1. Minor road blur applied with a motion blur filter (two layers)
2. Warmed outside image using a curves adj layer and simple mask.
3. Appled a graduated warming filter on windshield area to give impression of tint.
4. Darkened out pedals.
5. Selectively applied radial blur (zoom mode).
6. Cropped a little tighter to increase tension in shot.
7. Apply slight vignette to focus attention toward center.

yea i do. i used to work for them. the interiors are put together normally. they are just open canopy and have multiple light sources. but they still strip in images for backgrounds, etc... i would like to learn how to strip in backgrounds more realistically.
