I like the pic a lot but one small thing bothers me. I feel that the middle line should either be either more oblique or completely parallel to the bottom/top frame. I think a stronger composition would have been achieved thus.
Thanks for the nice comments Carrol and Yakim. I consciously wanted the picture to be a bit asymmetrical. It was designed to be a bit free-wheeling, given the summery nature of the shot.
Thanks for the nice comment. I did try a crop without the blue but I think it's stronger with it in than with it out. I might take another crack at it today if weather and time cooperate and will try to get a shot with more sky.
